Disco Zombies: Got brains?
For me, Miami Horror invokes visions of bubble gum, beach parties, hypercolor t-shirts and disco-dancing zombies. He's from Melbourne and I get the feeling that he likes crappy 80s horror movies... like this one. Coincidence? Meh. His debut release, the Bravado EP is due for release on November 15th through EMI/Virgin Australia. You can listen to 2 tracks from the upcoming release on his myspace.
Miami Horror has done heaps of wicked remixes, many of them are remixes of fellow Australian artists, which kicks arse. The I Can Cook remix is one of his best, IMHO. You must also check out Grafton Primary's new album Eon, which just came out a few weeks ago.
